Welcome to the Orange County Board of Supervisors Speaker Registration Portal! Thank you for your interest in participating in the Board meetings. We appreciate your engagement and look forward to hearing your comments.

The Orange County Board of Supervisors Meetings are held at the County Administration Center, 400 West Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana, California, 92701. Members of the public can pre-register to request an opportunity to speak - either in-person or virtually (by phone) - by using the Orange County Board of Supervisors Speaker Portal. The portal opens one (1) hour prior to the commencement of the meeting. Members of the public have three (3) opportunities to speak. Agendas and supporting documents are available online at https://board.oc.gov/meetings-agendas.

To register to speak:

Please complete the form below with the requested information to register to speak.

• HOW WILL YOU BE ATTENDING? Select ‘In Person’ if you plan to attend the meeting in person.  Select ‘Virtually’ if you plan to call into the meeting and speak by phone.
• NAME: Enter your name when completing the registration. This will ensure you are called to speak by the Clerk. You may use an alias or pseudonym if you prefer.
• EMAIL: Enter an email address to receive an email confirmation listing the items you requested to speak on, along with instructions for providing comments in person or by phone. 
• PHONE: Enter the telephone number that you will be calling from to participate virtually (by phone). A valid phone number with area code (xxx-xxx-xxxx) is required so the system can connect you to your registered items once you call into the meeting. If you do not provide the number that you will be calling from, or you call in from a blocked number, you will need to speak to a meeting facilitator once you dial into the meeting to connect your call to the items you have registered to speak on. This can delay the submission of your request to speak.
• SELECT UP TO 3 ITEMS: Choose the agenda item(s) you would like to speak on, or choose Public Comments. Requests to speak on agenda items that have been continued or deleted will not be accepted.
• INTERPRETER: If you select to attend ‘In Person’, you will be asked if you would like to request an interpreter. Please select your preferred language. Currently, remote interpretation is not available.
• COMPLETE REGISTRATION: Click ‘Register’.

• To view the live stream of a Board meeting, visit https://board.ocgov.com/meetings-agendas.
• To send comments to upcoming Board meetings, email comments@cob.oc.gov. Comments submitted before the start of Board meetings will be part of the public record and distributed to the Board members for their consideration.
